Shipping
Klovo ships orders within 5–7 business days from our Georgia, USA facility. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

SMS / Text Messaging Program
Klovo customer care may send you text messages related to your support request (order status, delivery updates, troubleshooting help, and follow-up on questions you have raised with our team) if you opt in by phone with a Klovo representative. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us, up to approximately 5 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participation in this program is voluntary and is never a condition of purchasing any product or receiving service from Klovo. This program is subject to our Privacy Policy.
