Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

Klovo ships all orders from our manufacturing facility in Georgia, USA. Standard processing time is 5–7 business days. We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Freight shipments require a delivery appointment — you will be contacted by the carrier to schedule.

Free Shipping

Klovo offers free standard shipping on all cabinet system orders within the contiguous United States.

Returns

Klovo accepts returns of unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team through klovo.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact Klovo within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange replacement of affected components at no cost to you.

Warranty

Klovo cabinets carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Replacement parts are available for all components. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or acts of nature.
